The aim of this research was to find out the effect of cash ratio, debt to equity
ratio, profitability, return on asset, debt to total asset and growth toward dividend
payout ratio of the property and real estate listed in Indonesia stick exchange in
2011-2014. The technique of sampling was purposive sampling. The total of the
sample was 18 companies in four year observation, therefore the data gained were
72. This research used secondary data in audited financial report, annual report
gained from www.idx.co.id.
The result of the research identified that cash ratio, debt to equity ratio,
profitability, return on asset, debt to total asset did not significantly affected on
dividend payout ratio, while growth significantly affected on dividend payout
ratio.
