This study aims to build a decision support system that has the ability to analyze the
selection of staff and faculty pilgrims using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), wherein
each of the criteria, in this case the assessment factors and alternative staff and faculty
than one with others so as to provide output intensity value priorities that produce a
system that provides opportunities for every employee and Purwokerto Muhammadiyah
University lecturer.
