Abstract
Leadership style really affects the working climate. The working conditions
of employment will affect motivation,and employees’ spirit. If the leadership style has
the same style to the situation encountered in the organization, it will establish a
conducive working environment,and it will ultimately provide high motivavation for
employees. Organizational culture is a system of shared meaning created by ist
people as well as a differentiator with other organizations. Motivation is the driving
force which has become active while the performance is the skill factor and
motivation factor.
The study animed to determine the effect of transformasional leadership
style, organizational culture, and motivation to employees’ performance at Pos
kebumen. Ltd (Persero). The analytical method applied was multiple regression
analysis. The population consisted of 123 employees, the respondents was 94 through
purposive sampling method. The results showed transformational leadership,
organizational culture, and motivation significantly effected on the performance of
employees at Pos Kebumen. Ltd (Persero) simultaneously.
