Abstract

This research was conducted to test the effects of CAR (Capital Adequacy
Ratio), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) and NPL (Non Performing Loan) toward
earnings growth. The population was banking companies registered in Indonesian
Stock Exchange in period 2010-2014, and the sample was 7 companies. The
sampling technique used by the researcher was purposive sampling. The data was
analyzed by using double linear regression model.
The research showed that variable of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR),
Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non Performing Loan (NPL) simultaneously
had a significant effect toward earnings growth. CAR variable did not affect
positively toward earnings growth. Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) did not affect
positively toward earnings growth. Non Performing Loan (NPL) did not affect
negatively toward earnings growth.
