Abstract

The use of augmented reality in educational media can encourage students
to develop a critical mindset in solving problems. Augmented reality learning
environments allow abstract concepts to be presented visually to gain
understanding and build models of objects, making augmented reality an effective
tool in achieving learning objectives. The result is an interactive learning
experience through augmented reality. The method used in this study is MDLC
(Multimedia Development Life Cycle), which is a software development method
integrated with these application steps. This research shows that augmented reality
(AR) learning environments are well received by students and can be used
effectively in the classroom. Based on the results of research and discussion
obtained, it can be concluded that the Augmented Reality-Based Body Anatomy
Learning application has been successfully developed and is ready to be used on
Android devices.
