This study was conducted at Gerbi 999 Hj. Sumiati Home Industry in Wangon
District, Banyumas Regency, from July 2022 to August 2022. The objectives of
this study were to: 1) understand the profile of Gerbi 999 Hj. Sumiati Home
Industry in Wangon Sub-District, Banyumas Regency, 2) observe the changes in
production volume at Gerbi 999 Hj. Sumiati Home Industry in Wangon District,
Banyumas Regency, 3) Examine the changes in product prices at Gerbi 999 Hj.
Sumiati Home Industry in Wangon District, Banyumas Regency, and 4) analyze
the changes in income at Gerbi 999 Hj. Sumiati Home Industry in Wangon
District, Banyumas Regency. This study employed a descriptive-quantitative and
qualitative approach using a case study research design. The population
comprised the owners and employees of Gerbi 999 Hj. Sumiati Home Industry in
Wangon District, Banyumas Regency. The results were as follows: 1) The profile
of Gerbi 999 Hj. Sumiati Home Industry in Wangon District, Banyumas Regency,
was established in 1997 by H Didi Sutardi and continued to evolve and endure in
the modern era with a straightforward organizational structure. 2) The production
volume at Gerbi 999 Hj. Sumiati Home Industry in Wangon District, Banyumas
Regency, revealed a difference of 8,000 kg every three months before and after
the Covid-19 pandemic. It indicated a gradual improvement in the New Normal
situation. 3) Changes in prices of Gerbi 999 Hj. Sumiati Home Industry processed
products in Wangon District, Banyumas Regency, exhibited an elasticity
coefficient of infinity (Ed = ~) or perfectly elastic, implying demand elasticity. 4)
Income changes in Gerbi 999 Hj. Sumiati Home Industry increased by Rp.
46,959,600 after the Covid-19 pandemic due to the return of market demand in
the New Normal era.
