Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources, but its utilization has not been fully optimized. As a result, farmers are encouraged to enhance their roles abd potential to utilize agricultural resources as raw materials for industry. One popular form of agricultural business is the home industry. A home industry is a small-scale business owned by an individual of a group of individuals. It involves the processing of raw materials into products that add value for profit (Putra, 2012). Rosita Sari tempe chips are a type of snack made from tempeh, produced in Bantar Village, Wanareja District, Cilacap Regerency. This study aims to: 1) analyze the business profile of the Rosita sari home industry, 2) determine the production costs of Rosita Sari, and 3) assess the feasibility of the Rosita Sari home industry. This research utilizes both primary and secondary data. Sampling was conduced using purposive sampling with data collection from key informants. The study found that the total costs for Rosita Sari from 2018 to 2022 amounted to IDR 2,966,186,001, while the total revenue was IDR 3,375,000,000, resulting in a profit of IDR 434,439,999. The R/C ratio for Rosita Sari is 1.15, and the B/C ratio is 0.15. The Break-Even Point (BEP) for production is an average of 28,691 units, and the BEP price is an average of IDR 91,291,249 per year. The Net Present Value (NPV) for the Rosita Sari home industry is IDR 344,949,753, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of the 72.05%. The Payback period is 1.62 years. The Return on Invesment (ROI) for Rosita Sari is 5.48% for 2018 and 2019, 3.86% for 2020, and 2,24% for 2021 and 2022.
