The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of timeliness of delivery,
service quality, security of goods on customer satisfaction of delivery services in
Purwokerto. The population of this study were people living in Purwokerto who
used delivery services. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a
total of 120 samples with several criteria that have been required. Questionnaires
were used as data collection tools. The results of regression analysis show that the
timeliness of delivery has a positive and significant effect on customer
satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer
satisfaction, security of goods has a positive and significant effect on customer
satisfaction.
