SMK Negeri 1 Pemalang is a vocational high school which has 8 study
programs, namely, Accounting and Financial Institutions (AKL), Office
Management and Business Institutions (MPLB), Marketing (PE), Computer
Network and Telecommunications Engineering (TJKT), Vehicle Engineering
Automotive Lighting (TKRO), Motorcycle Business Engineering (TBSM), Visual
Communication Design (DKV), then Software and Game Development. Like
schools in general, SMK Negeri 1 Pemalang continues to strive to improve the
discipline of its female students, one method of improving discipline is by recording
all types of violations committed by female students, so that students who commit
violations receive appropriate guidance and counseling. Currently, SMK Negeri 1
Pemalang still records student violations manually, this is of course still considered
inefficient. One way to ensure that recording can be done efficiently is by changing
the manual system to a computerized one, such as a web-based system. The webbased
system was chosen because it has various advantages, in developing this
system the Prototyping development method will be used, the programming
language used is PHP Native, and the database used is MySql, so this system is
expected to make it easier for guidance and counseling teachers to record violation
data efficiently.
