Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio,
Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning per Share on Return on Assets. This research is
quantitative research. The data source used is secondary data in the form of the
company's annual financial report. The population used in this study are sharia
commercial bank companies registered with the Financial Services Authority
(OJK) for 2019-2021. The selection of the research sample was carried out by
purposive sampling and obtained 12 sample companies with 31 observational data.
The research data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM
Statistics version 25. The results of this study indicate that the Capital Adequacy
Ratio has a positive effect on Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative
effect on Return on Assets and Earning per Share has a positive effect on
Return on Assets.
