Abstract
MI Muhammadiyah is more in demand than SD Negeri. This is because MI Muhammadiyah has more Islamic religious material than public elementary schools which parents believe can be good religious provisions for their children when they send them to MI Muhammadiyah. In addition to the content of Islamic religious material, there is also general material that is the same as public elementary schools, only the content of science material differs in using science learning media using modules that do not involve Islamic concepts in the learning process. Of course, this is a challenge for MI Muhammadiyah to be able to make its students master and understand Islamic and general religious material well.
Therefore, MI Muhammadiyah Kalitengah Gombong, Kebumen Regency, requires innovation in science learning media, one of which is to develop a science module that is integrated with Islam and science. Even though this learning media is not yet familiar, this media can be used to add to the repertoire of education, especially at MI Muhammadiyah Kalitengah Gombong Kebumen in using varied learning media in class VI.
This research is a type of development research or research and development (R & D). This study only used seven stages because it was adapted to the needs and limited research space, namely: 1) Potential and Problem Analysis, 2) Data Collection, 3) Product Design, 4) Material, design, and language validation, 5) Material revision, design, and language 6) Product trials, 7) Learning outcomes with pre-test and post-test.
The Development of a Science Module Based on the Integration of Islam and Science was piloted at MI Muhammadiyah Kalitengah Gombong Kebumen because researchers saw potential and problems. Data collection techniques in research are by observing, studying literature, and primary data from questionnaires. Then the product validation was developed, namely to three experts including material experts, language experts, and design experts, and learning outcomes with pre-test and post-test.
Feasibility The science learning module based on the integration of Islam and science based on the assessment of material experts obtained an average score of 92.5% in the very feasible category. While the assessment of material experts is 87.5% in the very feasible category, design experts are 82.7 in the practical category, and the pre-test and post-test learning outcomes are greater by 8.96.
