Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, service
quality, experiential marketing on customer satisfaction Kalih Coffe Tea
And Spaces Purwokerto. This research is a quantitative study using a
questionnaire of 116 respondents. The sampling technique is Non-
Probability Sampling, through purposive sampling is a sampling technique
with certain considerations. The data analysis technique used in this
research is instrument test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test,
multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this
study indicate that product quality partially has a significant positive effect
on customer satisfaction, price partially has a negative and insignificant
effect on customer satisfaction, service quality partially has a positive and
significant effect on customer satisfaction, experiential marketing partially
has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction customer.
