This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilites, and
environmental factors on customer statisfaction of angkringan king’s matador the
Majenang city. The population of this study were customer angkringan king’s
matador Majenang city totaling 100 customer. The sample in this study was 100
customer using accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is the F test, t
test and adjusted R2.
The results of this study based on the F test stated that service quality,
facilites, and environmental factors on customer statisfaction. Based on the t test
obtained; (a) service quality has a positive significant on customer statisfaction.
(b) facilites has a positive significant on customer statisfaction.(c) environmental
factors has a positive significant on customer statisfaction. Based on the
coefficient of determination R2 adjusted, it shows that influence of service quality,
facilites, and environmental factors on customer statisfaction is 49,7%, while the
remanin 50,3% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
