This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic ethical identity, company size,
intellectual capital on the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia.
Financial performance is proxied by using ROA, the population in this study is
Islamic banking which is registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK)
in Indonesia, which operates in 2015-2018. The sampling technique used
purposive sampling technique, and obtained 48 samples. The analytical method
used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results of this study
indicate that Islamic ·.ethical identity has a positive effect on financial
performance. Firm size has a positive effect on financial performance.
Meanwhile, intellectual capital has a negative effect on financial performance.
