The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of ownership
structure, company size, board of directors_ size, and board of commissioners size.
The sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Based
on the criteria obtained a sample of 120 companies. The data analysis techniques
used in this research are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple
regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that
managerial ownership affects positive the companies financial performance,
institutional ownership has no positive effects on the companies financial
performance, company size affects positive the companies financial performance,
board of directors size has no positive effects on the companies financial
performance, and board of commissioners size has no positive effects on the
companies financial performance.
