Abstract

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Gross Domestic Product
(GDP), Inflation, SBIS, Bank Size, Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Capital
Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to Non Performing Financing in Islamic Banks in Indonesia.
The population in this study is all Islamic Banks in Indonesia listed in Financial
Fervices Authority period 2015-2019. The sample is determined using purposive
sampling technique, with the criteria determined then the number of samples
obtained is as many as 8 Islamic Banks. The analytical method used is multiple
regression with a significance level of 10%. The result of the analysis showing that
partially Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Inflation, SBIS has no significant negative
effect on the Non Performing Financing (NPF). Then Bank Size has no significant
positive effect on the Non Performing Financing (NPF). While Financing to Deposit
Ratio (FDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant negative effect on
Non Performing Financing (NPF).
