The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital,
Institutional Ownership, Board of Directors, and Islamic Social Reporting on the
Social Performance of Islamic Banking. The population used in this study is
Islamic Commercial Banks in 2008-20 19. The sampling technique used was
purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 134 companies that had met the criteria.
The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of
the SPSS program. This study's results indicate that Institutional Ownership and
Islamic Social Reporting positively affect the Social Performance of Islamic
Banking. Meanwhile, the Intellectual Capital and Director did not affect Islamic
banking's Social Performance.
