This study aims to examine the effect of Public Share Ownership, Leverage, Profitability, Liquidity on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This type of research uses a quantitative approach and SPSS as an analytical tool. The sample used in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. These companies were selected using the purposive sample method and there were 25 companies with a total sample of 121 companies. The data were tested by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that public share ownership, leverage, liquidity had no effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), while profitability has a positive effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
