Abstract
Transportation is no longer just based on conventional systems. Currently, users can connect to the internet and travel to their intended location without waiting at bus stops or stations. The Gojek service is present as an easy liaison between passengers and drivers. This research aimed to determine the effect of service quality and fare on online motorcycle taxi (Goride) user satisfaction in Purwokerto. It was a quantitative study using validity and reliability tests. Research variables included service quality, fare policy, and user satisfaction. One hundred respondents were selected to be the research sample using the Slovin formula. The study results showed that the quality of driver services, such as the use of online motorcycle taxi uniforms and vehicle attributes according to Gojek standards and the clean and odorless helmets, had low effect on user satisfaction in the second and ninth variables. It was indicated by the correlation values in the second and ninth variables of 0.258 and 0.210 respectively. In addition, the fare policy also had no significant effect on user satisfaction. It was marked by a significance value of 0.05 with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.252.
