Abstract
Planning and time control is part of the overall construction project management. The Earned Value Concept method is a control method used to control the project schedule. The purpose of this study is to find out how the final project completion each week using Earned Value. On the Wangon-Banyumas-Buntu Road Preservation Project, the project is planned to be completed for 50 weeks. In practice, the CPI value > 1. The largest SPI value occurred in the 2nd week, namely 2,38. In the 7th week, the SPI value is 0.86, which means that the implementation time is longer than the planned schedule. When the evaluation in the 12th week of the project went faster than the initial plan, the project completion time was 38,33 weeks.
