This research aims to analyze the effect of customer trust, brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction at RM Sambel Layah Puerwokerto. The population in this research actual customer while researching. The sampling technique in thhis research used purposive sampling with 102 samples and using multiple linear regression test for analysis technique. The result this research that: 1) customer trust partially has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, 2) brand image partially has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction 3) service quality partially has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction 4) customer trust, brand image and service quality simultaneously has significant effect on customer satisfaction. The result coefficient determination test (R2) that customer trust, brand image and quality service has amount 57,6% effect on customer satisfaction.
