The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction to of permanent employees of syariah cooperatives in Banyumas. This study is quantitative research. Primary data was used as data collecting technique. The population are all of permanent employees syariah cooperatives in Banyumas and the sample are 100 people obtained by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that: 1) work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) work motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) work discipline has positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employee performance.
