Abstract

Murabaha financing in 2019 was the highest financing compared to other
financing (Sharia banking snapshot in 2019). Factors that increase murabahah
financing include third party funds, non-performing financial variables, capital
adequacy ratio, own capital, and profit margins. This study aims to analyze the
variables of third party funds, non-performing financial, capital adequacy ratio,
own capital, profit margins both simultaneously and partially affect murabahah
financing. The method in this study is a quantitative method. The population of all
Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia is 14. The sampling technique uses the
purposive sampling method, so that a total of 280 samples are obtained. The
analytical technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption
test, multiple linear regression, and model fit test. The results of the analysis show
that the influence of third party funds, non-performing financial, capital adequacy
ratio, own capital and profit margin simultaneously affect murabahah financing.
Third party funds have no partial effect on murabahah financing. Non-performing
financial has a partial effect on murabahah financing. Capital adequacy ratio has a
partial effect on murabahah financing. Own capital has a partial effect on
murabahah financing. Profit margins have a partial effect on murabahah
financing.
