This study aims to find evidence of the effect of non performing financing, financing to deposit ratio, the size of the sharia supervisory board and the number of meetings of the sharia supervisory board on financial performance. The population used in this study is a Sharia Commercial Banks listed on the OJK during 2016-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 70 samples that met the criteria. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. The financial performance criteria in this study were measured using Return On Asset (ROA). Based on the research result, it can be concluded that non performing financing have negative effect on financial performance. Financing to deposit ratio and the size of the sharia supervisory board do not affect financial performance and the number of the meetings of the sharia supervisory board have a postive effect on financial performance.
