The study purpose to find empirical evidence of the influence of managerial ownership, government ownership, institutional ownership, and foreign ownership on dividend ownership. The sample used in this stdy is BUMN Non-Financial Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2012-2018 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 53 samples were obtained that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that managerial ownership, government ownership and institutional ownership have no effect on dividend policy. While foreign ownership has a positive effect on dividend policy.
