Less qualified human resources becomes one of factors causing obtacles in implementing save and comfortable traffics. This research aimed to observe existed factors affecting mostly the transportation vehicle users in Brigjen Katamso Street, Purwokerto. The data collection tool used by researcher was questioner. The research population was the transportation vehicle users passing the street. Collecting technique of data was random sampling with Slovin formula; it resulted 91 samples. The calculation of validity dan reliability tests of SPSS program version16 and Relatif Index (RI) calculation showed that factor affecting users’ convenience mostly was in out vehicles (in the three junctions or intersections along the street); the RI score was 0.839. The large numbers of vehicle and public transportation parking in the roadside with RI score was 0.826 as the second ranked factor. The third ranked factor was street vendors selling their stuffs in the roadside; the RI score was 0.821.
