The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of demographic characteristics, dissatisfaction and attitude to complain about consumer complaining behavior (case study on Arteta Komputer Kebumen). Subjects in this study were Arteta Komputer customers who had made complaints. The sample size taken was 100 people with purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 17 indicators from 4 research variables. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Demographic Characteristics, Dissatisfaction and Complaining Attitudes had an effect on Complaining Behavior with a variability of 81.5%. All independent variables also affect the behavior of individual complaints.
