This study aims to prove the effect of independent board of commissioner, quality of external auditor, competition, firm size, profitability and leverage on corporate risk disclosure. The sample used in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 135 samples were obtained that met the criteria. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The result of this study indicated that the independent board of commissioners, competition, and firm size have a positive effect on corporate risk disclosure and leverage has a negative effect on corporate risk disclosure. Meanwhile, the quality of external auditors and profitability have no effect on the corporate risk disclosure.
