Foundation is an important part of civil buildings, foundation as a basis to wihtstand
the most basic burden of construction. Roads, buildings, bridges, dams and the other
civil construction without a strong foundation would had construction failure. The
purpose of this research was to analyze of bearing capacity and settlement of pile
foundation in DPRD Building Project Kabupaten Pemalang. Research was
conducted by analyzing data in the form of SPT test results and shop drawing. Based
on the results of analysis, all pile foundations are able to whitstand the loads that
work on it, so that the foundations are categorized as safe (Qall > Pp). With a ratio
of the largest load on a type 1 foundation is 145,727 ton > 49,962 ton, on a type 2
foundation is 290,710 ton > 107,077 ton, on a type 3 foundation is 579,930 ton
>380,931 ton, and on a type 4 foundatioan is 727,396 ton > 489,773 ton. The settlement
in the foundation as deep as 0,029 m or smaller than the permit settlement, which is
equal to 10% diameter.
