This study aims to examine the relationship between self-adjustment and self-esteem with self-disclosure in adolescents at SMP N 3 Pangkah. The measuring instrument used in this study is the Self Disclosure Scale (40 items), the Self-Adjustment Scale (40 items) and the Self-Esteem Scale (40 items). The population in this study were 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Pangkah located in Grobog Kulon, Pangkah District, Tegal Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia, which consisted of 8 classes with a total of 256 students. The research sample consisted of 4 classes of 100 students obtained using simple random sampling.
The validity test used the product moment correlation technique and the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha N = 40 and rtable = 0.312 (p = 0.05). The Self Disclosure Scale has 50 item items. A total of 40 valid items and 10 dropped items moving from 0.386 to 0.729 with a reliability of 0.907. The self-adjustment scale has 50 items. A total of 40 valid items and 10 dropped items moving from 0.372 to 0.683 with a reliability of 0.796. The self-esteem scale has 50 items. A total of 40 valid items and 10 fall items that move from 0.366 to 0.719. Based on the results of the research obtained Fcount = 53,112 and Rcount 0.901 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05) the results of the hypothesis that have been proposed are accepted, namely there is a significant relationship between Self Disclosure with Self-Adjustment and Self-Esteem in 7th grade students in SMP Negeri 3 Pangkah.
