Abstract
This study aims to see the effect of the quality of electronic services, promotions, and word of mouth (WOM) on customer satisfaction. Purposive sampling was used in this study as sample selection. Based on these criteria, 100 respondents were selected as samples. The data analysis techniques used in this research are instrument test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the quality of electronic services, promotions, and word of mouth (WOM) have a simultaneous effect on shopee marketplace customer satisfaction, electronic service quality has a significant effect, promotions have a significant effect, and word of mouth (WOM) has a significant effect on shopee marketplace customer satisfaction
