Every year, Banyumas Regency experiences a drought. Many villages have been affected by the drought. For some residents, it is difficult to get a source of clean water, especially for daily activities. Drought is an event that occurs during a long dry season. Drought is caused by an area that has not experienced rain or drought for a very long time or the rainfall is below normal, so that water in the soil is reduced or even non-existent. By designing and building a GIS application that uses the Waterfall method, it is expected to be able to provide an overview of the distribution of drought zones in Banyumas Regency.
