Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze and explain the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance in Sambel Layah Corporation Purwokerto. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 120 respondents in Sambel Layah Corporation Purwokerto permanent employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling or census method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.
