Study Literature's Report with a tittle " The Financing Procedure in the Department of
Housing and Residential Areas”. The purpose of this report is to understand about the
implementation of financing procedures at The Department of Housing and Residential Areas
within performing one of its duties i.e provision the infrastructure of residential housing to
support the qualified requirements to realize a healthier and organized neighborhood. As an
attempt to develop the settlement, Dinperkim provides savings-based financing house aid
(BP2BT). BP2BT is the government aid program that given to MBR who has savings to fulfill
partially down payment of home or partial fund to build self-reliance house by credit or bank
funding. The valid financing procedure aims to help the applicant to apply for the financing aid
to the division of residential development in the housing and residential area. The research
method used by the author is Qualitative through the relevant articles and journals.
