The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training, supervision, and job satisfaction on paramedic performance. The object of this research is Hospital Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu. The type of research is quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study amounted to 127 paramedics at the Muhammadiyah Hospital Siti Aminah Bumiayu. The number of samples taken are 101 paramedics by probability sampling techniques and data obtained directly from respondents by research instrument that used questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using descriptive test, data instrument test, classic assumption test, and multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that training has negative and not significant effect on paramedic performance, supervision has positive and not significant effect on paramedict performance, and job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on paramedic performance.
