This research was aimed at knowing the factors that influence the selection of contraceptives used in spouses of fertile age (EFA) in Gentasari village Kroya sub-district Cilacap regency. The method used is a survey method using a questionnaire. The population in this research is 1,734 acceptors consist of Intra Uterine Devices (IUD), Operation Methods Women (OMW), Implants, Condoms, Syringe and Pills. The sample in this study were taken 10 % of the population by Random Sampling 173 EFA. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data processing tabulation. These results indicate that the factors that affect contraceptive choice, age, education, information, health and contraceptive methods, while the religious factor, and culture does not influence the selection of contraceptive use EFA.
