The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work stress, work environment and work discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of Muhammadiyah Hospital Siti Aminah Bumiayu. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was the accidental sampling method using the slovin formula and the data were obtained from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire with a total of
110 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are instrument test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the variables of workload, work stress, work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, workload and work environment partially have a significant effect on employee performance, while work stress and work discipline partially have no significant effect. on employee performance.
