This study aims to examine the role of profitability in mediating the effect of firm size leverage, andliquidity on firm value. The object of this research uses compnies listed on the Jakarta Islamic index 70. The data used is secondary data in the from of 2018-2020 annual financial statements. The Collection technique used in this research is purposive sampling while the data analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the effect of firm size has a significant posisitive effect on profitability, while liquedity has no effect on firm value, while profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Profilibity is able to mediate the effect of firm size and leverage on firm on firm value, but cannot mediate liquidity on firm value
