This study aims to analyze the effect of women directors, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, liquidity, and leverage on corporate social responsibility. The research data used was secondary data. The total population used in this study was 57 companies from all non-cyclicals consumer sectors during 2016-2020. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique that generated 201 sample. The result of this study showed that independent commissioners have a positive effect on corporate social responsibility while women directors, institutional ownership, liquidity, and leverage have no effect on corporate social responsibility.
