This study aims to find empirical of the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and dividend policy on stock prices. The sample used in this study is companies listed on the LQ45 stock index during 2016-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 208 samples that met the criteria. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that profitability and dividend policy have a positive effect on stock prices. In contrast, liquidity has a negative effect on stock prices and leverage has no effect on stock prices.
