There are still many Muslims who have the will and enthusiasm to memorize
and understand the Quran even though they are not from santri backgrounds, are not
young, have limited time, and have few opportunities to learn to memorize in the
midst of busy work, and there are no recitation gatherings due to the pandemic
outbreak. It turns out that there is a program to memorize the Quran that can
accommodate the willingness and spirit of memorizing the Quran through WhatsApp,
namely the Hafizh On The Street group. The purpose of this study is to see how the
antecedent (context), Transaction (process) and Outcome (results) of the Hafizh On
The Street program.
This research is a type of qualitative descriptive evaluation research. The
evaluation model used is the evaluation of the stake model consisting of Antecedent,
Transaction and Outcome. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation,
and documentation. Data analysis used primary data from interviews, WhatsApp
group data and Hafizh On The Street AD ART, where the collected data will be
analyzed qualitatively using descriptive methods, namely describing the description
of the data obtained and connecting with each other to get a general conclusion. The
memorization method uses the Kauny Quantum memory method, namely by
imaginative hand movements and memorizing and their meanings.
The results of this study indicate that the antecedents of the Qur'an
memorization program in the Hafidz On The Street Group with WhatsApp media are
in accordance with the standards of the Hafidz On The Street institution and the
implementation process has been in accordance with the HOTS rules and has used the
Kauny Quantum Memory Method. The outcome of this research was quite
successful, seen from the final results achieved from 27 members, 14 of whom
achieved good memorization, namely being able to memorize until the end of the
verse from Surah Al-Kahf. Learning programs like this require a high level of will
and enthusiasm so that they are not inferior to busy schedules that are more binding,
besides that they also need motivation, appreciation, competition and rewards so that
they are not bored and bored
