The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Financial Knowledge, Locus Of Control, Financial Attitudes, and Personality on Financial Management Behavior among SMEs in Kemangkon District. The independent variable in this study is financial knowledge, locus of control, financial attitudes, personality, while the dependent variable in this study is the behavior of financial management. The population of this study was 139 MSME actors registered in the Kemangkon District. The sampling method in this study is the accidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Financial Knowledge has a significant positive effect on Financial Management Behavior among MSME Players in Kemangkon District. Meanwhile, Locus of Control and Financial Attitudes do not have a significant positive effect on Financial Management Behavior among MSME Players in Kemangkon District. Personality has a significant negative effect on Financial Management Behavior among MSME Players in Kemangkon District.
