Abstract

Pneumonia Coronavirus Disease 2019 or COVID-19 is an inflammatory lung disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (SARS-Cov-2). currently its spread is so widespread that it has caused death in Indonesia so that information on the spread of covid-19 is needed to be able to monitor the affected areas so that the public can be alert when in an infected area. Currently the Health Office of Brebes District has provided information about Covid in the form of a Web-based Geographical Information System (GIS) but still uses marker technology and the data presentation is incomplete so it requires GIS in the form of polygons which can show an area or region because polygons can be easily understood by the general public and improving the presentation of the data on a polygon map in detail. data collection methods using documentary study methods and interviews that produce data in the form of covid-19 data from the Brebes district health office in each district. while the development method uses the waterfall model. This Android-based GIS using a polygon form is expected to provide an overview of the spread of the corona virus (Covid-19) in Brebes Regency.
