This evaluation aims to know which one is more economical, the construction with existing material or the up-to-date material. This evaluation discusses the use of material in the work of wall and windows or door frame. In the work of wall, it is compared the use of red brick and light brick. In addition, in the work of windows or door, it is compared between the use of wood and aluminum for the frame. The findings of this research show that the use of red brick is more economical in terms of the expense. However, the light brick is preferred in terms of practical work. In addition, in the work of windows and door work, the wooden frame of type II is more economical. So is the wooden frame of type III. The expense difference is not significant.
