The purpose of this study was to analyze service, location, knowledge,
social, and family variables towards the decision to become customers of Bank
Syariah Mandiri Purwokerto. In this study the questionnaire was used as a data
collection tool. The method uses purposive sampling with 94 respondents with
several criteria that have been required. The results revealed that service, location,
knowledge, social, and family variables simultaneously had a significant effect on
the decision to become customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Purwokerto. While
partially it can be concluded that the service, location, knowledge, social, and
family variables have a positive and significant effect on the decision to become
customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Purwokerto.
