Abstract
High side barriers on the road cause a decreasing service level of the road. High side barriers also cause towards the road capacity especially in the market areas. In order to find out the roads Kalierang-Bumiayu performance then did the research. The detailed examination utilize did 1997 MKJI in the manner of secondary data utilize Andres Ardiana's possession vehicle volume 2018, side barriers and 2018 roads performance. From the research result, side barriers factor which is the most influential towards traffic volume is slow moving vehicle and in/out vehicle in the amount of 79,1 %. Road performance 2020, the saturation degree value 1,33 then, the roads performance is saturated by the service level located on the E level and one direction traffic management system with the result that obtained the saturation degree 0,65 then, the road performance go through stable and C service level. After 2025 analysis been done, obtained saturation degree 0,76 then, the roads performance is saturated by the D service level and handling scenario road enlargement 8 meters been done and one direction traffic management system with the result that obtained saturation degree 0,73 then, the roads performance go through not saturated by the C service level.
