This study examines the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividen
poolicies and profitability on corporate value. The population used is the
consumer goods industry sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX )
during the period of 2012-2016. Samples were taken by purposive sampling in 19
companies with five years of observation period so that the selected sample was95
observations. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the
result of research showed that decision has effect on firm value while investment
decision, dividen policy, and profitability have no effect on company value.
