The research aimed and find out empirical evidences of the effect of collateralizable assets, capital structure, and company growth toward dividend policy. Sample used in this research are companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during 2012-2016 periods by total samples are 30 companies. The independent variables used are collateralizable assets, capital structure, and company growth. While the dependent variable used is the dividend policy. The data are collected used purposive sampling technique. The analysis methods used multiple linier regression analysis and hypothesis test. The research result shown that collateralizable assets has positive effect toward dividend policy. Capital structure has positive effect toward dividend policy. While company growth has no effect on dividend policy.
