The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work environment,
communication, leadership on nurse performance. The questionnaire was used as
a data collection tool. The technique sampling in this study used Incidental
sampling method, obtained 115 samples of nurses. This study was conducted at
RSUD Hj Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara. The analysis techniques in this study
used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that
work environment variables has not affect nurse performance, communication has
not affect nurse performance, and leadership has a significant effect on nurse
performance. Based on the results of data analysis showed that the leadership
variables that most influence the performance of nurses at RSUD Hj Anna
Lasmanah Banjarnegara.
