This study aims to analyze of influence factors to profitability of Sharia Banks in Indonesia. The technique data in this study is obtaioned from the Annual Report of Sharia Banks during 2013 until 2017 period. The technique sampling in this study were descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis. This result of hypothesis testing showed that simultaneously CAR ( Capital Adequacy Ratio), FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio), NPF (Non Performing Financing), and BOPO (Operating Expenses to Operating Income) have a significant effect on ROA (Return On Asset). CAR and NPF have no effect on ROA, FDR has no significant positive effect on ROA, and BOPO has a significant negative on ROA
